Are you passionate about develop Learning solutions and experiences? Join our GBS team as Temporary Global Learning & Development, Production Analyst. You’ll be responsible of end-to-end learning and Development solutions through effective planning, corporate training principles, content design and communication. This includes production of e-learnings, in-person sessions, videos, animations, branding, job aids and guides, online resources, learning paths, etc.
As an L&D analyst you will ensure high quality standards and deliverables according to project timelines and objectives. This role is located Querétaro, México.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
**Innovative mindset**: Develop end-to-end L&D solutions and experiences (both web based, and instructor led) through effective planning, corporate training principles, content design and communication, this includes production of: e-learnings, in-person sessions, videos, animations, branding, job aids and guides, online resources, learning paths, etc.
**Organized and detail-oriented**: Coordinate vendors when needed (production and comms agencies, translations) brief, production guidance and feedback, employer brand guidelines, review work to ensure quality of deliverables, manage administrative guidelines, purchase orders and payment process
**Curious and forward-thinking**: Perform continuous analysis of existing tools, software, new technologies and identify improvement opportunities
**Adaptable and cooperative**: Work and collaborate with external vendors when required, Participate in management of team’s software, technology licenses and platforms
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, instructional design/technology, digital animation/production or a closely related field
**Advanced knowledge of the following programs**: Graphic Design: Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) Video production: After Effects, CANVA.
English Advanced.
Knowledge of e-learning standards and production (e.g. SCORM), graphics, branding, video and audio, to be able to generate L&D materials.
