**Job Description**:
- Enters high volume of daily cash receipts for all US customer accounts
- Posts lockbox payments by recording transactions received from several lock boxes into our system
- Responsible for reconciling each batch as its posted via cash transactions, third party remittances, and credit card payments. Balance posted amount vs Bank Deposits.
- Downloads, posts, and reconciles electronic remittance files timely & accurately
- Monitors unapplied and unidentified receipts and works with business units for timely resolution
- Works with the billing and collections representatives to resolve posting problems
- Monitor and fix errors in the Interface daily
- Performs the setup of new customers
- Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures.
- Train New Employees as well assist Employees with any issues
- Performs other duties as assigned such as engaging in collection management processes as necessary etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
- 4+ years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable - Cash Application
- Advanced English
- Oracle (nice to have)
