**The Role**:
This person will be responsible for:

- Analysis of requirements, evaluation of suppliers, process of national and international purchases and processing of payments to Suppliers and follow-up to payment of invoices by Manila.
- Translation and sending of marketing material for the website and social networks.
- Reimbursement of expenses, foreign travel logistics, per diems, purchase of plane tickets, reservations. For the GM and his team of Managers, consisting of 12 Area Managers
- Assistant to the GM, coordination of his agenda and management of his work and personal affairs.
- Evaluation of places for events, preparation of logistics, payment of advances and supervision of the same until its closure.
- Purchase of various items for the staff or businessmen, shipping coordination and follow-up until completion.
- Provision of administrative assistance to the entire Mobility team, approximately 90 people from Mexico and as many from the USA, Canada and Europe.
- Organization of team integration events, work meetings, various celebrations and conventions with clients. As well as organization of travel logistics within Mexico and abroad to attend work meetings.
- Being the contact person for all visits from outside of Mexico, for orientation upon arrival, transportation, lodging, entry procedures to the offices, meals, etc.
- Support various areas of the organization in processes of Operations, Marketing, Data Analyst, billing follow-up, orders, Customer service and Dealers.
- Purchase of corporate gifts for the staff in significant events, for Dealers on important dates such as the end of the year, electronic equipment for the Staff to support IT.
- Act as CATMAN of lubricants in the absence of the person in charge of that area for 6 months.
- Being a contact person for the Security and HSSE department for Shell events outside the office, doing analysis of possible places, such as hotels, convention halls and hotels.
- Preparation of itineraries for visits to sites in Mexico, by land in coordination with Security.
