Yo will **lead operational transformation** in a global organization, with direct impact on efficiency, quality, and user experience. Visibility with leadership and autonomy to propose improvements.**What you’ll do**- ** Standardize workflows** across operational, technical, and administrative domains.- ** Document and update** processes to ensure clarity and consistency.- ** Ensure alignment** with global processes and organizational standards.- ** Facilitate clear communication** across teams and departments.- ** Adapt processes** to organizational changes and evolving needs.- ** Use tools** like ServiceNow and ITSM methodologies to manage and improve processes.- ** Collaborate in decision-making** with cross-functional teams.- ** Promote a culture** of continuous improvement and operational excellence.- ** Lead operational transformation** initiatives with measurable impact.- ** Engage with leadership** to propose and implement process improvements.**Who You Are**:- ** Bachelor’s degree in**computer science or a related field.- 3 to 4 years of experience in **standardizing operational, technical, and administrative processes.**:- Hands-on experience using** ServiceNow**for process management- Knowledge of** ITSM methodologies.**:- Proficiency utilizing** ServiceNow and ITSM methodologies**to support process optimization and service management.**_ Joining DXC connects you to brilliant people who embrace change and seize opportunities to advance their careers and amplify customer success_**_.
