As part of this program, you’ll learn how we deliver value to our customers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and understand how to position Siemens solutions in the market.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support the management and follow-up of key accounts alongside the sales team.
- Conduct market and customer analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate on technical proposals, quotations, and bid submissions.
- Participate in customer meetings and product demos to develop persuasive communication skills.
- Assist in implementing commercial strategies, including campaigns, events, and digital marketing efforts.
- Use CRM and analytics tools (Power BI, SAP) to track leads, document interactions, and report progress.
- Learn about Siemens technology portfolio (automation, energy efficiency, digitalization).
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to shape tailored customer solutions.
- Contribute with innovative ideas to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Recent graduate (max. 2 years) in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Interest in sales, customer service, and the industrial sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel and digital tools.
- **Advanced English proficiency.**
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
- Ability to collaborate across departments.
