**Role Definition**

The position is responsible to support Integrity Financial Reporting in compliance with local GAAP for medium to high complex legal entities, preparation of Financial Statements, coordination of PWC Audit process and responsible for other statutory, tax and governmental reporting. This position is part of the LATAM Statutory team.

**What you will do**:

- Preparation of Financial Statements and audit schedules needed for the Legal Entity to comply with regulatory requirements of the Local GAAP and other compliance obligations.
- Coordinate External Audit process. Understand and perform Audit adjustments based on Local GAAP differences and significance of the transactions.
- Support filing of statutory reports with assistance from legal teams, Prepare and coordinate Data Collection package for small and medium complex Legal Entities.
- Prepare Audit Schedules (Inventory, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, etc)
- Resolving audit questions and managing discussions with audit supervisors and guide other legal entity team members with respect to preparation and presentation of financials.
- Support Transfer Pricing compliance process.

**Degree Requirement**

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar career

**Skills you will have**

**Effective Communications**:

- Communication in English with India COE or Global Tax team
- Prepare Presentations about External Audit Status.
- Collaborate with Business Operations / Accounting / Treasury/ Trade Compliance / Tax / Legal and other functional groups to understand and address critical decisions in the Statutory Financial Reporting
- Provide feedback to other operating areas regarding Audit findings.

**Managing Multiple Priorities**:

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation (Data package, Audit Schedules, Audit requests, Tax Opinion, Audit Adjustments, etc)

**Accounting**:

- Knowledge of Local GAAP and preparation of Financial Statements.
- Advisory to the business on matters concerning local statutory compliance (TP, Anti-money Laundering Law)

**Financial Reporting**:

- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
- Knowledge of Transfer Pricing concepts.

**Additional Information**:

- The location for this position is Santa Catarina, NL (P1)
- This position will not require travel.
- Work schedule: Monday - Friday (8am a 5pm )
- Hybrid
- Not available for relocation.
- English: Intermediate
- Advanced.
- Experience in accounting in Local GAAPis required
- Experience in SAP or other ERP is preferred
- Knowledge with Big 4 firm.
- Knowledge of Compliances relating to Taxes / trade /Currency will be an advantage but not mandatory
- CPA Certification desirable
