You will gain the opportunity to liaise with and learn from individuals and organizations across Emerging markets that are shaping the way we live.

**As a Business Development Assistant your mission will consist of**:

- Initiating the first contact with industry executives and policymakers
- Interacting with media and PR teams from global firms, organizing presentation decks, taking pitch calls
- Joining the CEO and Senior management on client meetings (possibility to travel for short assignments)
- Regular reporting of business activity: contacts, activity, pipeline, brief reports through our CRM system
- Identifying and partnering with regional conferences.
- Any complementary mission that is required to contribute to strengthening PharmaBoardroom’s reach and presence across the Emerging markets region.

**Requirements**:

- A university degree - preferable business or lifescience background.
- Fluency in business English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
- High level of autonomy; a passion for learning and enthusiastic
- A dynamic approach to prospecting
- Excellent oral & written skills

**Location and conditions**:

- Mexico City (Hybrid)
- Full-time / Part-time
