This Position reports to:
Business Manager - Commercial&Operations
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead global or local operations teams. Each day, you will design, run and deliver the day-to-day operations pertaining to the business. You will also showcase your expertise by exceeding customer expectations through lean, faultless operational execution (Care, Customer, Cost, Cash) in an extended value chain at the lowest cost possible.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Process Automation division in Mexico city.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Executing a customer-focused operations strategy and delivering financial and non-financial targets for manufacturing operations (e.g., safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity).
- Ensuring a sustainable and effective value-chain, from supplier to customer and from order to delivery (products, projects, and service).
- Developing and continuously improving business processes and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction for the area under the scope.
- Conducting operational risk management to validate and improve reliability and effectiveness of business operations.
**Qualifications for the role (mandatory)**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related
- Advanced English communication skills
- Experience in Power Generation and Oil & Gas markets, working with leading companies
- Knowledge of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) companies
- Expertise in control systems, with desirable knowledge in electrical systems
- Advanced Excel management and SAP proficiency
- Financial expertise in revenue, cash flow, overdue accounts, and major control system projects
- Valid passport and visa for national and international business travel (minimum 40% travel required)
