Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of SAP CRM ABAP solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise in SAP CRM ABAP to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP CRM ABAP solutions.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SAP CRM ABAP.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their technical skills.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and performance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
- Implement enhancements and customizations in SAP CRM ABAP to improve system functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP CRM ABAP development.
- Demonstrate strong technical skills in SAP CRM ABAP with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Have experience in the Finance & Accounting domain which is highly desirable.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Be adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
- Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.
- Show a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Be committed to continuous improvement and innovation in development practices
- ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
- Location: Guadalajara, CDMX or Monterrey
