**Job Overview**:
This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in the Mexico City office. There is no option to work remotely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of recruitment cycle for assigned roles including: job postings, resume review, initial screen calls, interview and offer process, and sell efforts.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements of roles and how they fit into the broader organization.
- Maintain various trackers and reporting tools.

**Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience. Agency experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in a large, global matrixed corporate environment strongly preferred.
- Experience using various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
- Ability to operate with speed and urgency.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Workday, Taleo, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- ENGLISH FLUENCY REQUIRED (written and spoken)
