**HR Coordinator**

**Location**: Remote

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Recruitment and Onboarding**: Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting new hire onboarding processes.
- ** Employee Records Management**: Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- ** Payroll and Benefits Administration**: Manage payroll processes and assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
- ** Employee Support**: Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- ** Event Coordination**: Organize and coordinate employee events and initiatives to promote engagement and a positive work environment.
- ** Policy Development**: Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- ** Employee Relations**: Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- ** Attendance and Leave Management**: Administer and track employee time-off requests and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- ** Documentation Management**: Oversee HR documentation, including employment contracts, policy manuals, and other related documents.
- ** HR Systems Management**: Manage HR-related software systems, ensuring data accuracy and resolving system-related issues.
- ** Expense and Budget Tracking**: Monitor HR-related expenses and assist in managing departmental budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR support role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
