HR face with the entire designated departments, helping to take the right decision on everything related with HR, including, Recruitment, Compensations, Trainning, People Development, Talent Management, etc.
- Provides day to day performance management HR guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) and support employees' requirements.
- Responsible to implement the necessary actions or strategies to attract and retain our talent avoiding turnover, assure succession plan's for the people in order to make the departments grow.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Bachelor Degree, Psicology, Human Resources, Administration, Industrial Engineer. *5 years of experience in Human Resources areas like, Rectruitment, Talent Management. *English as a second language required, at least 90% (written, spoken & read). *Previous experience in Human Resources Management *Communication & negotiation Skills *Project Management and Change Management Skills *Strong Business Acumen *Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills *Analytical and Problem Solving Skills *Labor Law Knowledge Skills *Customer Service oriented
