**Descripción y Requisitos**

This position will be responsible of the day-to-day human resources
department activities of a small plant.

Those activities include recruitment and hiring process of all levels,
track and lead actions to reduce turnover and absenteeism, labor relations,
employee’s support, cafeteria, transportation, special events, HR System
administration, training, communication, and ensure company policies and
practices are followed and elaborate the policy if it does not exist.

- *Hard Skills: *
- Knowledge Mexican Labor Law.
- Proven ability to complete full hiring cycle.
- Ability to work with production people to reduce turnover.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- English 85%

- Negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
