**Estamos buscando**:Ejecutivo PCC Bilingüe (Patient Care Center)** apasionado por el servicio al cliente y el bienestar de los pacientes**:
¿Hablas inglés a nível avanzado, tienes experiência en atención al cliente y te interesa el sector salud? Queremos conocerte

***Requisitos**:

- Nível de inglés C1-C2 (conversación y escritura avanzada).
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en Customer Service y/o Customer Care.
- Deseable experiência previa en el sector salud.
- Dominio de paquetería Office.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de call center como CRM, IVR, etc.

***Actividades**:

- Brindar soporte de calidad a pacientes a través de nuestro call center, siguiendo protocolos establecidos.
- Atender llamadas entrantes y utilizar herramientas digitales para identificar y resolver necesidades.
- Programar, cancelar o reagendar citas en la agenda digital de cada médico.
- Analizar y registrar peticiones o sugerencias de los pacientes vía telefónica.
- Realizar encuestas de satisfacción y seguimiento por llamada saliente.
- Registrar, canalizar y dar seguimiento a quejas en colaboración con las áreas correspondientes.
- Contribuir al cumplimiento de KPIs como AHT, FCR, tasa de abandono y satisfacción general.

***Lo que ofrecemos**:

- Sueldo**:$14,000 MXN brutos mensuales**.
- ** Prestaciones de ley** desde el primer día.
- ** 15 días de vacaciones** al año.
- Jornada de **lunes a viernes** + **2 sábados al mes**.
- Horario inicial**:10:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.** (puede variar según campañas).
- **1 día de home office a la semana**, utilizando equipo personal.
