Únete a nuestra familia como Ejecutivo PCC Bilingüe (Patient Care Center)**¿Qué necesitas para aplicar?**- ** Nível de inglés avanzado (B2-C1), tanto hablado como escrito.**:- 2+ años de experiência en atención a clientes (call center, customer care, área médica o similar).- Deseable: experiência en el sector salud.- Manejo de Office y herramientas de CRM, IVR u otros sistemas de call center.**¿Qué harás día a día?**- Atenderás llamadas de pacientes con calidez y profesionalismo, gestionando citas, seguimientos y encuestas.- Darás seguimiento a dudas o quejas usando herramientas digitales y contribuyendo al cumplimiento de KPIs del área.**¿Qué te ofrecemos?**- Sueldo mensual de $14,000 MXN brutos.- Prestaciones de ley desde el primer día.- 15 días de vacaciones al año.- Jornada: lunes a viernes + 2 sábados al mes.- Horario: Lunes a sábado (solo 2 sábados al mes, alternados).Turno de 7:00 a.m. a 3:00 p.m.Oficina ubicada en El Yaqui, Cuajimalpa (cerca del Centro Comercial Santa Fe).¿Te interesa?Postúlate ahora y sé parte de algo más grande
