Join the team enabling customers to develop servers based on the Intel processor family as a Customer Engineer in the Data Center Platform organization.

This is a unique blend of technical and customer skills working with Global IT Services and Solutions companies. This role provides technical support with a mix between product families, technologies, customers, and documents.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Resolving customers' technical issues and questions by working with Intel and external engineering teams.
- Representing customers' future needs to product development, planning and architecture teams.
- Participating in customer visits and industry events and presentations.
- Developing and presenting technical product training materials.
- Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
- Creating technical competitive analysis.
- Providing customer board design review support.
- Responding to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
- Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
- Driving resolution skills across multiple teams.
- Representing technical issues while maintaining centralized communication across multiple geographies.
- Customer-oriented.

- Work independently and multitask effectively.
- Willing to ramp quickly on new and complex products in a dynamic environment.
- Understand and respond professionally to customer questions/issues.

**Qualifications**

Minimum Qualifications:

1+ year of debugging experience (including working with and analyzing output from test equipment, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and protocol analyzers).
- 5+ months of experience working with product design, board design, design feedback, or post-silicon debug.
- Advanced English.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Broad understanding of Intel processor-based platforms and history with microprocessor architecture, chipset architecture, system architecture, communication protocols, board design, pre-silicon validation, post-silicon validation, firmware, BIOS, and/or software.
- Previous board design/development experience with demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following disciplines: printed circuit board layout/routing and stack-up and/or schematic capture (Cadence as preferred tool), signal integrity, and modeling/simulation.
- Previous customer relationship experience, customer-ready technical documentation, and training experience.
- Previous experience with Field Sales, Field Application Engineers, Customer Support, and Application Design-in Centers (ADC).

**Work Model for this Role**

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
