Overview:
Scope:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.- Provide insights and recommendations using advanced analytics and visualization tools to drive business performance.- Ensure the effective use of modern data tools and platforms to support analytics initiatives.
Our current technical environment:
- Power BI for data visualization and reporting.- Leverage Databricks for data engineering and advanced analytics.- Employ other modern data tools and technologies to support comprehensive analytics solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies and solutions to improve business operations and decision-making.- Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.- Utilize Power BI to create interactive and insightful dashboards and reports.- Work with Databricks to perform data engineering tasks and advanced analytics.- Ensure that analytics initiatives are aligned with the company's overall business goals.- Communicate the results of analytics initiatives to senior leadership and recommend areas for improvement.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in business analytics and data science.
What we are looking for:
- 4 years + of relevant experience- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.- Deep experience in business analytics or a related field.- Data visualization PowerBI preferred (Tableau,, Quicksight, Looker, Sigma, ect)- Experience with Databricks and other modern data tools.- Experience with machine learning, AI, or statistical modeling- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Experience in the supply chain and logistics industry is a plus.
