As a global leader in Stainless Steel, we're seeking a dynamic fully **bilingual Shipment Scheduler** and be part of our Supply Chain team in San Luis Potosi Mexico.

**Purpose**: Coordinate and streamline the flow of work and materials according to the production schedule. Review sales, planning, and production schedules to execute inbound/outbound shipments.
**Job qualifications and experience requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar filed.
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Proven experience in roles related to data management, information entry, or similar functions within the logistics field.
- Advanced command of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) and familiarity with data management systems or logistics software.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime during periods of high demand is required
**Responsibilities**:
Logistics Planning and Scheduling
- Plan and schedule shipments daily to meet sales department requirements.
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure transportation availability and efficiency.
- Verify that all shipments comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Shipment Tracking and Control
- Monitor and track the status of shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Proactively address any discrepancies, delays, or issues in the shipping process.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery schedules, and associated documentation.
Interdepartmental Communication and Coordination
- Maintain smooth communication with the sales team regarding shipment status and estimated delivery times.
- Coordinate activities with internal departments such as sales, finishing, and service monitoring to ensure operational alignment.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the shipping team as needed
Document Management and Reporting
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
- Generate periodic reports on shipping activities, load schedule compliance, and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the finishing team to prepare monthly inventory reports.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with internal company policies and all safety regulations applicable to the transportation and shipping of products.
Other Duties
- Perform other assigned shipping-related tasks.
**Salario: 25,300 pesos mes.
