Buscamos un **Facilities Analyst,** para avanzar en el siguiente paso de su carrera profesional y formar parte de un equipo de categoría mundial.

**Perfil**:

- Licenciatura, técnicos en administración o afín.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en puestos similares.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office, elaboración de reportes.

**Funciones**:

- Brindar asistencia al equipo de Facilities Management para completar múltiples funciones de operaciones y mantenimiento de edificios para una instalación, en estrecha relación con áreas de compras, finanzas y operaciones.
- Supervisión de técnicos, contratistas y proveedores, con el fin de garantizar cumplimiento de servicios contratados.
- Generación, modificación y seguimiento de órdenes de compra (PO) para proveedores.
- Colaborar en la preparación de presupuestos operativos.
- Controlar y hacer seguimiento al circuito de Facturación (desde emisión de factura hasta el pago).
- Apoyo administrativo-operacional de oficina.
- Entregar resultados propios siguiendo procedimientos y procesos definidos bajo estrecha supervisión y orientación
- Otras tareas pueden ser asignadas.
