Web Designer

We are looking for a talented and passionate **Web Designer**to join our fully remote team. You will be responsible for crafting visually compelling, high-converting web designs that not only look great but also drive results. Your role will involve wireframing with a light UX approach and taking full ownership of UI design to exceed client expectations.

- ** Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to define user flows and structural layouts.

- ** User Interface (UI)**:Craft visually striking and innovative UI designs that align with modern design trends and adhere to established brand guidelines.
- ** Client Brief Interpretation**: Accurately understand client requirements, deliver high-quality outputs tailored to their expectations, and provide standout design solutions.
- ** Cross-Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other designers and project management teams to maintain consistency and streamline the design process.
- ** Industry Trends & Innovation**: Stay up to date with the latest web design trends in Europe and the U.S. and integrate best practices to elevate design quality.
- ** Time & Project Management**:Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met efficiently.
- ** Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of precision and excellence in all deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in brand or graphic design, ideally within an agency environment.

**Essential Technical Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, design systems, and component libraries.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Theoretical understanding of HTML and CSS to grasp web integration constraints.
- Solid knowledge of digital design best practices and web production techniques.
- Ability to develop comprehensive visual guidelines and maintain cohesive design systems.
- Strong grasp of asset production and optimization techniques.
- ** Advanced Artistic Vision**: Deep expertise in typography, layout, and graphic composition across print, interactive, and digital platforms.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a creative mindset and execution of high-impact brand and web design projects.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**:Strong communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- ** Language Proficiency**:Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
- ** Cultural Awareness**:Mastery of European and U.S. design standards and trends is essential.
