**SMT ICT TEST (TEST)**

**Descripción y Requisitos**
Specification, validation and release of new production equipments for ICT FT
Responsible to reach technical availability, cycle time and defect cost targets for equipments under his/her supervision
Provide 24h on-call support
Analyze equipment failure to identify root cause and provide solutions
Ensure manufacturing process compliance with engineering principles, customer
requirements, company standards and process specifications
Perform capacity and repeatability studies to equipments
Engineering and process changes implementation and documentation related to ICT FT test equipment
Train and instruct production personnel
Active participation in continuous improvement projects and cost reduction activities
Participate in the creation/update of FMEA for new projects and process changes
Fulfill the safety procedures applicable to his/her area
Will be responsible that the Outsourced personnel under his/her responsibility fulfill the internal regulations
Actively participate in the trainings and tests that may be schedule in accordance to the Level of risks of his/her job
Support the Environmental and Safety programs
Comply with the procedures, instructions and regulations of work of different management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 45001, SER, CCIE, CTPAT and those that the company register), incumbent upon it according to established manuals and ensure follow legal requirements, regulations, quality, environmental, health and safety, SER, EICC, CTPAT, etc; that fall within the company./
EXPERIENCE: 3 years in engineering or manufacturing environments for ICT or relative.
English: advanced
