**Functions**:
Ensure that shipments to customers from 3PL's always met in accordance with procedures.

Analyze future transfers of finished products to existing external warehouses and / or search for new options, always seeing customer needs.

Establish strategies for continuous improvement in receiving, warehousing and shipping processes at 3PL'S

Work in coordination with the logistics department on cost reductions in transporting finished product to external warehouses.

Analyze and resolve customer complaints, generate preventive and / or corrective internal and external actions.

Develop and implement strategies for Storage and Shipping at external warehouses including

Preserve and control operational costs within the 3PL

**Education**:
Bachelor Degree, High School, GED or 3 years experience.

Shipping and Traffic Management

Knowledge of import/export regulations

Bilingual English/Spanish (Written and Spoken)

Experience managing warehousing teams.

Experience conducting cycle counts an physical inventories.

Knowledge of BPCS (AS400) main Menus

**Desirable Requirements**:
Understanding of ISO9000 requirements

Knowledge of documentation used by carriers

Understanding of basic Microsoft programs

5's Principles and FIFO management.
