**SAP is the global market leader for business software and thus contributes a considerable part of the world's economic power grid. The office of ethics and compliance is responsible for developing and operating sap’s compliance management System, including support for the sap code of business conduct and related compliance policies and procedures. We focus on fcpa, uk bribery act, and other applicable bribery and corruption laws and fraud, among other matters.**

The Team is looking for 1 Intern.

What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Learning Compliance Intern

Location: Mexico

In this role, you’ll:

- Learn about the Compliance Management System within a Global Company
- Support with record management efforts regarding the Learning statistics
- Assist in the design and establishment of new and updated courses that translates into learning how courses are developed and managed
- Coordinate monthly metrics and prepare management dashboard reports
- Assist with projects, research and managing data
- Opportunity to influence new courses
- Development of knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Learning Analytics Bridge
- Use own initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team

Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Must be a current University student
- Fluent in English
- Quick learner, adaptable and able to use own initiative
- Organization & time management skills are essential with the capacity to multi-task
- Team player, Proactive and responsible approach to customer support
- Quality driven with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience with SAP systems is preferable but not essential
