Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop machine learning models to analyze and optimize call data for multiple clients.
- Collaborate with AI and development teams to refine scoring frameworks and conversation type detection.
- Analyze data patterns and trends to provide actionable insights for enhancing customer engagement and sales conversions.
- Validate and improve AI model accuracy through testing and iterative development.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Document processes, models, and improvements to maintain transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and AI to inform ongoing development.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in machine learning techniques and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Familiarity with AI and natural language processing (NLP) frameworks is a plus.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in call analysis, sales optimization, or related areas is an advantage.

Role Overview:

Pay: $24,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month
