**Lo que necesitas saber**
- 5 años en roles similares como: Director, subdirector o Gerente de Servicios, Call Center, Contact Center, Help Desk Leader, Service Desk,
- Disponibilidad de tiempo para atención a incidencias o soporte a clientes en fin de semana, cuando sea necesario.
- ** Indispensable**: 1 a 2 años de experiência en servicio a clientes, soporte técnico, servicios, Contact Center, Call Center, mesa de ayuda, Service Desk, para el sector aerolíneas como: Volaris, Interjet, Aeroméxico, Viva, Mexicana, Copa, etc.
- 4 a 5 años en administración de tableros (Dashboards) y gestión de indicadores KPI de desempeño como: SLA, OLA, XLA, AHT, FCR, MTTR, Calidad, Ventas, etc.
- 4 a 5 años en implementación de políticas, procesos y procedimientos para la protección de datos como: SGSDP, LFPDPPP y el RLFPDPPP.
- 4 a 5 años en ejecución y manejo de Auditorías de servicio y cumplimiento normativo como: ISO, SOX, NOM, etc. (documentación, hallazgos, no conformidades, planes de acción, etc.).
- Participar activamente en el proceso de workforce (forecast, staffing, schedulling, ocupación del site y control de tráfico). Realizar el análisis de factibilidad de proyectos, participar en el diseño de propuestas y dar seguimiento inicial a clientes.
- Conocimiento en Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Power Bi, o plataformas de reporteo, ideal Project, Planner, Monday, Asana, etc.
