**Your Day-to-Day**

As a **NetSuite Business System Analyst** for our **Techno-functional support team**, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities:

- Use your Functional and Technical NetSuite expertise to troubleshoot, optimize and provide guidance around NetSuite and their integrations.
- Bring deep business process knowledge (SME´s) to work with clients to identify and analyze their business requirements, developing innovative solutions that leverage NetSuite capabilities
- Project manage NetSuite system initiatives from inception to GO Live on SB & Production, providing requirements documentation, implementation advises, QA Testing and End User Training on NetSuite navigation and ERP best practices for all the business dependencies.
- NetSuite System Configuration and SW Engineering.
- Collaborate closely with other support team members, also with Development & Solutions, clients business Operations and on-site stakeholder (SPOC) to integrate highly efficient and valuable IT services around the ERP solution.
- System Administration Services.
- Solution Deployment & Support.
- Create reports, saved searches and dashboards.
- Administrate projects and tasks related to their activities.
- Continuous Training and Certification process Related to ERP NetSuite (LCS account) and iPaaS tools like DELL Boomi, Celigo.

**Must-have**
- 2 - 5 years working experience with NetSuite as SME / Administrator / Consultant
- IT/Business consultant background. Experience in supporting business development activities
- Strong analytical skills and ability to research, simplify, and resolve complex issues
- Deep understanding of customizations and business processes as they relate to NetSuite
- Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing work environment
- Language skill: English, Full professional proficiency
- CST Time availability

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Multi-Cultural experience with 3rd Party logistics partners.
- Understanding of NetSuite’s architecture and customizations.
- Customer Representative role expertise
- System integration skills using Dell Boomi, Celigo or MuleSoft.
- NetSuite Certification is a plus
- SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 technical skills are a plus.
