At Soho House, a **Jr.** **Graphic Designer **defines requirements, visualization and creates compelling images that support all integrated assets for Soho House & Co, including but not limited to illustrations, logos, layouts and photos, shaping the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more. The Jr. Graphic Designer is a part of a collaborative team of designers across the world who work across every part of Soho House's brand to deliver consistent branding and member engagement.

A successful Jr. Graphic Designer, can innovatively capture the attention of our target market while maintaining brand integrity for Latin American locations, ensuring all assets are on-brand, looking its best, and sitting within the Soho House global brand style.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Design collateral in line with Soho House & Co. brand and style guide for digital, print and web design on projects such as house openings, menus, packaging, presentations, invitations, social media design, and branding for new ventures.
- Entities include Soho Houses in North, Central, and South America, Soho Works, Cecconis, and internal departments.
- Own communication with local, regional, national, and global leaders to develop design briefs, determine requirements, manage project timelines, management expectations, and see the concept through to complete development.
- Conceptualize visuals based on briefs / requirements and prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand while following the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketing leaders to produce final design, test graphics across various media, amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines and assets in a high-volume environment

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 3+ years' experience within an agency or high-volume and fast-paced in-house environment
- Must have excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc) and interest in new technology, processes and developments
- Approachable, down-to-earth, highly motivated and proactively comes to the table with ideas, insights and thoughtful input to solve problems
- Demonstrates core skills in identity, typography, editorial, layout, digital and art direction as well as Photoshoot experience would be an advantage
- Detail-oriented, a keen eye for aesthetics and details as well as strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
