**About the Role**

The CommOps CX Regional Mobility Program Manager will act as the liaison between the LatAm Community Operations team and the Local Operations teams for the Mobility business. The role guarantees that CommOps operational and financial goals will be achieved for each LatAm sub-region and that CommOps projects which are top priority for Local Operations will be implemented successfully. You will work closely with both CommOps, Local Operations and Strategic Finance teams to guarantee that we succeed in the implementation of our top priority projects.
**What You'll Do**

- Own the Mobility experience and contact objectives and key results for the sub-regions.
- Manage the CommOps Mobility sub-regional costs, ensuring that projects will be driven to help CommOps meet their Support Cost, R&A, and Shared Services targets.
- Become an SME in both CommOps and Ops businesses, having a deep understanding of how each organization impacts and relies on the other.
- Map opportunities to improve CommOps costs and experience at a sub-regional level. In coordination with cross-functional teams, design and influence the solutions that will help address those opportunities.
- Supervise the most impactful CommOps projects to guarantee their accurate implementation.
- Actively support and collaborate with local/ subregional teams by participating in key forums and project execution.
- Support preparation of materials, drive analysis/ deep dives, and generate insights for both Local Ops and CommOps key forums.
- Build valuable work relationships across central, regional, and local teams. Connect with all teams and make sure that they all see the other team's perspective to get to the best solution across teams with different priorities.
- Ensure that there is a good flow of information between Local Ops and CommOps. Collaborate closely with both teams, influencing the two sides to drive the implementation of the most relevant initiatives.
**Basic Qualifications**

- +5 years of robust work experience in startups, strategy, operations, consulting or other roles with a consistent record of driving business impact & influence.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and storytelling skills. Need to be a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate relevant insights.
- Financial & business acumen: you understand the importance of costs, investments, and returns, so you work diligently to improve those.
- Data-driven decision-making ability and sound business judgment. Strategic problem solver and problem-solving.
- Outstanding Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong project management skills and experience managing a project portfolio.
- Positive relationship building, partner management and teamwork skills.
- Initiative to own ambiguous problems and design solutions with limited oversight.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
