Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Zacatecas Office Coordinator is responsible for supervising the activities and administrative team of the Zacatecas office and supporting the various activities assigned to them. Primarily responsible for the operations of the Zacatecas office and for professionally representing the company, as well as ensuring that the office's facilities, functionality and operability comply with Teck and applicable external standards and regulations.

This position must maintain communication and liaison with both Compulogic management, which owns the building, on matters relating to the operation of the building, as well as Quantum Park, on matters relating to office management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a courageous safety leader, who adheres to and endorses safety standards and procedures in all health, education, water, and environmental contexts.
- Manage suppliers and services to ensure that all payment obligations are made in a timely manner.
- Onboard visitors to the premises, including safety orientations.
- Maintain the connectivity of the internet networks, and ensure that equipment and workstations work correctly, considering ergonomic aspects.
- Check alarm systems in the office and facilities.
- Oversee compliance with all relevant standards for the Zacatecas office.
- Verify the correct filing of documents, equipment etc.
- Mentor the team to improve their administrative skills.
- Coordinate the implementation of the office's emergency plan if required.
- Actively participate in office risk analysis processes.
- Supervise all staff to ensure that deadlines are met for delivery deadlines requested by the company.
- Supervise and authorize all office purchases.
- Review and/or approve minor cash expenditures.
- Responsible for the budgeting administration area. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets for their area.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the field.
- Knowledge of the mining industry, especially the mineral exploration business; (e.g., contractors, mineral ownership, contract accounting and administration/option mining, etc.).
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience in budgeting, expense account management and purchasing standards and practices.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
- Proactive.
- Empowers others and shares responsibility for project results.
- Focuses on the outcome and completion of all tasks and assignments.
- Analyzes data and uses logical methods to solve problems.
- Creates a focus on priorities, sets objectives and goals, measures performance and evaluates results.
- Maintains trust with others and is truthful and direct.
