**Job Description**:
Support of desktop/laptop hardware and virtual environments running
Windows 7 and above. Level 3 support activities which includes but not
limited to: PCs configuration and installation, printers configuration,
connectivity and sharing troubleshooting, antivirus update and
scanning; software installation and configuration (MS Office, MS
Outlook, SAP, JBA, etc.); able to work under pressure and high
demanding environments; passionate to assist others solving IT issues
with a great service attitude, able to work under a ticketing
methodology, ITIL foundations is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Approximately, 2+ years of IT Industry experience in help desk support.
- Involved with business team and provided guidelines of functional requirements considering technical solutions
- Excellent Communication skills and fluent
- Proactive and customer service spirit
- Excellent attitude and accountability profile
- Ability to work varied shifts and on-call a must as well as to support

and train users with varied client experience levels on network access

and basic functions.
