VANTIVA is committed to the highest standards of corporate social responsibility and sustainability across all aspects of their operations.Support for desktop/laptop hardware and virtual environments running Windows 7 and above.Level 3 support activities, including: - Support for Windows 7 and above, limited to: PC setup and installation, printer configuration, connectivity troubleshooting and usage connectivity and sharing troubleshooting, anti-virus update and scanning; installation and configuration of and scanning; installation and configuration of software (MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Outlook, MS Outlook, SAP, JBA, etc.); able to work under pressure and in demanding environments; passionate about demanding environments; passionate about helping others solve IT problems with a great service attitude, able to work with a ticket management methodology.ITIL is a plus.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree- Approximately, 2+ years of IT Industry experience in help desk support.- Involved with business team and provided guidelines of functional requirements considering technical solutions- Excellent Communication skills and fluent- Proactive and customer service spirit- Excellent attitude and accountability profile- Ability to work varied shifts and on-call, as well as to support and train users with varying levels of experience in network access and basic functions.**Additional Information****_Our most important asset is our People_**- Vantiva’s success greatly relies on our people’s energy, motivation, and talent. _- We are dedicated to cultivating a workforce that embraces and celebrates diversity as we believe our differences drive our creativity, and innovation._- We are proactive in supporting equality and maintaining an inclusive work environment, developing, and enhancing career opportunities for all._
