**Your daily tasks will entail**:

- Managing R&D projects from A to Z (e.g., introducing new production equipment, optimizing production flows, purchasing, improving production IT resources)
- Working on operational excellence by improving production processes
- Developing manufacturing solutions and introducing new equipment
- Working on the company’s technological innovation roadmap and strategy
- Preparing and managing offers and integrated solutions
- Acting as the point of contact between Operations, IT, and NPD teams as well as external partners and vendors
- Preparing projects and reporting on project implementation

**What we expect from you**:

- Manufacturing and/or engineering project management background
- Technical and analytical mindset
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience in print production
- Great English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience in technical projects and innovation implementation will be considered an advantage._
