Your daily tasks will entail:
- managing R&D projects from A to Z (e.g., introducing new production equipment, optimizing production flows, purchasing, improving production IT resources)- working on operational excellence by improving production processes- developing manufacturing solutions and introducing new equipment- working on the company’s technological innovation roadmap and strategy- preparing and managing offers and integrated solutions- acting as the point of contact between Operations, IT, and NPD teams as well as external partners and vendors- preparing projects and reporting on project implementation

What we expect from you:
- manufacturing and/or engineering project management background- technical and analytical mindset- excellent project management skills- experience in print production- great English (both written and spoken)- excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience in technical projects and innovation implementation will be considered an advantage._
