**Job Title: Training Operations Specialist**

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated Training Operations Specialist to support our internal delivery staff and customers. This role involves working on a team to manage Learning Management System (LMS) and overseeing related projects to ensure a stable and accessible learning platform. The Training Operations Specialist will work closely with operations teams, development, product support, and content teams to develop process efficiencies, address both internal and external customer issues, and manage the creation of courses and sessions.

**About the role**:

- Work in a team to manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure optimal performance and accessibility.
- Support internal and external customers by addressing LMS-related issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Assist in creating, importing, and managing users, sessions, etc.
- Collaborate with operations teams, development, product support, and content teams to enhance the LMS and its functionalities.
- Ensure teams are taking advantage of LMS features and improvements.
- Maintain training and support documentation on how to effectively use the LMS.
- Monitor LMS usage and performance, and implement improvements as needed.
- Utilize HTML skills to create engaging and interactive pages within the LMS.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Education, or relevant experience.
- Proven experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong technical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with specific LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas).
- Knowledge of e-learning standards and best practices.
- Experience in project management.
- Proficiency in HTML for creating engaging LMS content.
