Role Summary**

This position is responsible for coordinating inventory/costing & freight related activities such as E&O analysis, Purchase Price Variance Analysis, Inventory Trends analysis, Freight In & Freight Out follow up, Physical Inventory Adjustments, Standard costing on ERP / System, supporting Cost Year over year comparison, Cost Waterfall, Cycle Counts, daily communication with Production and Engineering team to follow up on Labor routings or changes on Technology for some products.

**Essential Responsibilities**

The Finance Operations Analyst provides support to the Manager staff team on E&O, Material Variances, routing changes, help with forecasting, estimates, pulses, as well with the annual Plan and Forecast procedures, this position is responsible for putting together the expenditure and correctly allocating the cost between our products to provide the most accurate cost by Product Line.

**Other activities this position provides to data users are**:
Financial Audits (Internal and External)

Freight in & Freight out follow up process

Inventory Account Recons

Review Production Variances

Calculate reworks to be charge to Suppliers

Obsolescence Reconciliation and Audit disposition

Scrap Sales

Analyze PPV detail

Weekly review other material cost such as Expensed Items, Unapplied items, Packing etc to ensure they are booked correctly

Approved material substitution or Inventory Adjustments

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college/university

3 years’ experience cost accounting with manufacturing

Fluent in English

**Desired Characteristics**:
Multi-tasker who can take direction from and prioritize responsibilities from multiple sources in a fast-paced environment

Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, research analysis and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated high integrity and ethics in all activities.
