Develop the production system to achieve synchronization between manufacturing, painting and assembly areas for critical assembly lines, using known Lean and DMAIC methodologies. Test changes, implement the system, develop tools, whiteboards, documents, systems and training to make it established and standardized. Create the model that works and that we can transfer to other lines of the plant. All this by measuring and analyzing OEE and Schedule Attainment in Fab processes.

**This position reports to**:
Production Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Collect and capture data from hour-by-hour reports. Create dashboard to send daily and weekly OEE reports. Capture, measure and analyze downtimes to identify machines with improvement opportunities.
- Works with supervisors, leaders, manager in different projects and continuity to existing mechanisms such as, program by work center, hour-by-hour report implementation, shopfloor software.
- Measure and analyze downtimes to identify stop causes and escalate with Production leader and support teams. Follow up to activities and actions from support teams to improve efficiency on critical equipment. Update data of output files and boards for Gemba.
- Provide training and feedback to supervisors and leaders on how to use hour by hour reports.
- Manual capture of data whenever reports are lost. Keep record of complete fab kits for critical assembly lines. Capture data of complete kits and analyze to get daily Schedule Attainment for critical assembly lines.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related area.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate - advanced English level.
