We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Web Analyst to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will utilize your deep expertise to spearhead initiatives in website optimization and analytics, directly influencing key business strategies. Your analytical prowess will be instrumental in refining our digital footprint and enhancing the overall user experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and conduct A/B testing on our websites through Optimizely
- Interpret test results and relay insights to appropriate stakeholders
- Conduct quality assurance checks in the development environment to verify the proper execution of tests
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, understanding their requirements, challenges, and objectives
- Guide and mentor junior analysts within the team

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Web Analyst
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Expertise in data visualization techniques and tools
- Comprehensive knowledge of Optimizely products and solutions
- Robust experience in web analytics, with a focus on A/B/n testing and optimization
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and forge strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- Fluent English communication skills, at a B2 level or higher
