Supervise the raw material procurement in a timely manner for production. Guarantee the SCM KPI's acomplishment such as Turn rate, Logistics cost and production line down.
Develope strategies to reduce the import transport cost, raw material stock inventory reduction and premium freights
- Take care of the work load for each of his team members
- Identify, establish and monitor the progress of individual development measures/tranings that ensure the personnel in charge have and / or develop the required competences of the position, applicable norms or guidelines, as well as the necessary competences of back ups. Solve any logistic problem related to serial production (with BU, LPL, internally), in case of escalation need. Supervise the Import Logistic Costs. Define actions to problems related to overstocks, lack of materials, credit holds, comercial topics. Guarantee the correct part number maintenance in the system to avoid any planning problem. Implement and supervise improvements projects within SCM- Escalation of low performance suppliers
