Position Summary:
This position requires the experience being able to manage and work with external research partners on large scale studies, plus have the experience to independently manage all aspects of custom adhoc research internally including translating business needs into research objectives, writing questionnaire, working with vendor partners for programming and managing fielding, create PPT reports and come up with meaningful insights that clearly addresses the business questions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to translate business needs into research questions and identify appropriate research approaches to address those needs
- Hands on experience managing the entire research life cycle including translating raw business questions into research objectives, writing surveys, analyzing data, and pulling together objective recommendations.
- Willingness to roll-up the sleeves where needed and take care of any aspect of the research life cycle. This role will cover strategic as well as basic elements of research oversite.
- Prioritize projects and deliver on commitments in a fast-paced environment
- Writes surveys and is the key point of contact for working with and managing research agencies
- Critical Thinking - ability to analyze consumer behavior and responses, understand and articulate the impact to the business, and anticipate potential actions
- Collaboration - ability to work across departments and functions, offering support and service with a positive attitude
- Flexibility - meet challenges of changing business requirements and continue to implement appropriate research on time and on budget
- Experience on the pannel data aspects (Numerator, IRI, monitor the consumer shopping behaviour)

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of CPG experience. A combination of client and supplier side research experience preferred
- Survey writing experience
- 4-year degree required; MMR or MBA in Marketing Sciences/ Consumer Research preferred
- Ability to proactively gather data/information on general consumer trends and effectively communicate potential impact to the business, strategy, and brands
- A passion for consumer research, have the voice of the consumer top of mind, and passionate about delivering objective results to help answer/solve business questions
