**Job Summary**

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects and develop your skills in data management and process improvement and automation.

**Responsibilities**:
Project Support:

- Manage and implement Take Back projects using Agile methodology.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Review and evaluate project designs to ensure compliance with standards.

Process optimization
- Lead and participate with the Program Manager and the rest of the Global team in process improvement initiatives.

**Education & Experience Recommended**
- Four-year Degree in Business administration, Engineering, Operations management or equivalent.
- Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.

**Knowledge & Skills**
- ** Communication.**
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English.
- Familiar with visual reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc).
- ** Process and Project Management experience.**
- Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring and continuous improvement methodologies.
