**Your Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in conferences with the client
- Performance of process audits (Layered Process Audits)
- Control of non-conforming Product, through the identification, location and disposal of materials
- Participate in continuous improvement meetings and ensure the establishment of actions for the improvement of the quality in the product
- Verify: Operations instructions, training matrix, equipment and machinery maintenance, content of the IP sheet (Process Inspection), cleaning and use of gages, maintenance of poka yokes,
- analysis of defects in process and control of gages
- Manage containment and handling of non-conforming material
- Follow-up of corrective and preventive actions wearing appropriate safety equipment
- Show up on time at your work area
- Comply with the activities designated by your superior
- Maintain a good work environment with colleagues
- Respect safety and hygiene measures in the facilities
- Know and understand the environmental policy of the company

**Your Skills & Strengths**
- 2-3 years experience in related field
- English fluency
- SAP knowledge strongly preferred
- Automotive experience, at least last 2 years
