Our services cover three main areas: Fiscal and Legal Consulting, Auditing, and Family Business.

Our Marketing Lead will take strategic direction from our CEO and help us scale and collaborate directly with a cross-functional organization. This position is a key player for growth and the company's expansion.This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants a taste of an agency environment with the opportunity to drive success for multiple clients while learning about their unique industries and business models. The role requires an experienced B2B marketer who is organized, strategic, driven and well-rounded, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done. An insatiable desire to learn new things and innovate is required, and the sky's the limit for the right person.

What you will do:

- Develop and execute strategies across a variety of marketing functions in support of client needs
- Develop website content, update websites, optimize SEO
- Create innovative social media content
- Write and promote thought leadership and articles
- Pitch experts for media and speaking opportunities
- Research and develop target lists
- Execute marketing automation and campaigns in HubSpot
- Develop, execute and report on campaigns and assist with event management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:_
- 6+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or similar in professional services and/or consulting environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration or a related field
- Strong customer-orientated attitude, self-motived, detailed oriented, positive personality with aggressive attitude, well organized, and can work under pressure and in different time zones.
- Effective, clear, and charismatic presentation skills.
- Highly collaborative, strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Solution-based sales experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced level of English language proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great self-management skills and goal-oriented
