We’re searching for a driven Communications Specialist to be the voice of IntouchCX for our key regions.As a Communications Specialist, You Will- Internal Communications: Execute the global internal communications strategy, ensuring messaging is aligned with company goals and resonates with a diverse, international workforce.- Communications & Content: Execute assigned internal and external communication plans, create and distribute content for different channels, and ensure all messaging is aligned with regional tones and corporate standards.- Regional Storytelling: Collaborate with communications managers and local leaders to identify newsworthy stories and events, propose topics, and develop content that showcases our regional success.- Culture & Engagement: Support initiatives that build and reinforce a positive company culture, encouraging employee engagement and feedback.- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of communications channels (e.g., newsletters, and other internal communications platforms), report on key metrics and provide insights to leadership.- Employer Branding and Recruitment Support: Serve as the brand champion, advising campus leaders on communications and supporting recruiting teams with copywriting for job descriptions and advertisements.- Media Relations: Work with the Communications Managers to support local media opportunities and build relationships with key regional press contacts.- Social Media Support: Monitor campus activities and events to identify relevant stories and propose materials that are appropriate to share on our official global social media channels.As a Communications Specialist, You Need- A degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.- C1 - C2 level of English proficiency. Mandatory.- 3-5 years of experience in internal Communications, PR, Corporate Communications, Content Marketing, or a related role.- Experience managing and creating content for various channels (intranets, newsletters, social media, etc.).- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on proofreading and storytelling.- A proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization in different locations around the world.- Exceptional ability to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables in a fast-paced,- dynamic environment.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, driven and self-motivated, strong attention to detail- and a commitment to accuracy.- Ability to work independently and in teams.- Experience with Wordpress, Canva, and Mailchimp platforms is a plus.
