We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
**Specialist Engineering.**

This is delivery focused role in Integration team. Person should be passionate about delivering software with excellent quality. He/she should be familiar in working in Agile methodology needing delivery of production ready component in every sprint. Associate should be familiar with programming COBOL principles. Person should technically sound in DB2 (SQL), MQ, CICS, Endevour, JCL and integration technologies. Exposure to Production issues and will be an added advantage. Associate needs to have excellent communication and articulation skills in English and Spanish.

Associate should be quick learner and he/she **should be willing to work 24 x7 and willing to work under pressure.***

Your responsibilities will include:

- Build and support continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD) and continuous testing activities
- Set up R2DS
- Provide impact assessments regarding R2DS
- Proven skill in DB2
- Support 24 x 7
- Achieving excellence. Focuses on medium and long-term goals even when under pressure or in uncertainty.
- Manages the end-to-end components of the R2DS infrastructure and implementing the necessary mitigation plan for any risks/issues.
Requirements

The jobholder will adhere to, and be able to demonstrate adherence to, internal controls and will implement the Group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures.

The term ‘compliance’ embraces all relevant financial services laws, rules and codes with which the business has to comply. This will be achieved by adherence to all relevant procedures, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, by the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulators.

The jobholder will implement measures to contain compliance risk across the business area. This will be achieved by liaising with Compliance department about business initiatives at the earliest opportunity. Also and when applicable, by ensuring adequate resources are in place and training is provided, fostering a compliance culture and optimising relations with regulators.

Technical experience of:

- COBOL CICS/DB2 Programming
- DB2
- SQL
- MQ (Messaging queue)
- CICS
- Endevour
- JCL
- Hogan knowledge will be desirable
