We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Specialist Engineering**

**Role Purpose**:
Technology Systems Architect & DevSecOps Specialist to join our dynamic Markets & Securities Services (MSS) team in LAM. This role requires a talented individual to drive architectural reviews, uplift DevSecOps practices, and support process automation, while also ensuring regulatory compliance through the generation of approval packs for regulators.

**Main Activities**:
**Systems Architecture**:

- Define and review system architecture to align with business needs and global strategies (Future State Architecture).
- Assess and support generation of plans to enhance existing systems for scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with teams to implement best practices in architecture design.

**DevSecOps Uplift**:

- Lead DevSecOps initiatives to integrate security into development and operations workflows.
- Drive automation of build, deployment, and monitoring processes to enhance efficiency.
- Support teams in adopting CI/CD pipelines and modern DevSecOps tools.

**Process Automation**:

- Identify opportunities for automating manual processes to improve accuracy and efficiency, aligned with IT OKRs agenda.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows.

**Regulatory Pack Coordination**:

- Support and coordinate the preparation and submission of regulatory approval packs, in collaboration with COO, IT, RC stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with internal teams.
Requirements**Technical Expertise**:

- Strong background in systems architecture, including cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices, tools, and automation (e.g.: Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of process automation tools and scripting languages (e.g.: Python, PowerShell).

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and collaborative approach.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex deliverables, such as regulatory submissions.
- Experience in financial services, particularly in Markets & Securities Services, is a plus.
