Basic qualifications - Bachelor's Degree required - Min 6-8 years of experience in an HR leadership role with broad knowledge and experience in People Management - Demonstrated experience supporting employee populations in large organizations - Minimum of four years of experience communicating and presenting to Sr. leadership - Fluent in both Spanish and English spoken and written - Knowledge of local employment laws and compensation basics. The International Consumer (IC) Organization is looking for a Human Resources professional. Joining the IC team means that you will be partnering with people in other countries, benchmarking best-practices, driving country-wide initiatives, and working closely with your client groups to design and execute strategies to support the Consumer and the Corporate teams in Mexico.
