Employee Relations Generalist

**Responsibilities**: Participates in a range of initiatives and exams involving the governance of investigations and complaint management, which includes direct engagement with regulators. - Conducts investigations as needed. - Responds to workplace concerns on behalf of senior management. - Works with the Employment Law team in the investigation of and response to agency charges and litigation. - Partners with internal stakeholders such as Compliance, Labor relations, Citi Security and Investigative Services and Audit on investigations of employee misconduct. - Provides guidance and review of restructuring initiatives. - Assists in the design, development and/or delivery of training initiatives for HR. May participate in project work as needed. - All other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**: - 2-5 years relevant experience - Experience in investigation support, employee relations or related work - Proven work ethic and ability to self-start - Exceptional organizational and analytical skills - Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data - Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments with strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Sound judgment and discretion with respect to handling sensitive/highly confidential information - Must Intermediate + English level **Education**: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience - Experience in HR, HRBP, Labor Relations. - Assist line managers with the execution of HR processes, including performance management, employee engagement, talent, employee relations, coaching, training, conflict resolution, and interpretation of employment policies and practices - English Intermediate (speaking, writing, reading). - **Job Family Group**: Human Resources - **Job Family**: Employee Relations - **Time Type**: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
