Qualification
- Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in managing supplier relationship
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and local language
- Strong data management and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with variety of stakeholders
- Good team player, capable of working in a dynamic and fast-pace environment
- An energetic, efficient, motivated self-starter with a forward-looking vision for sustainability growth to meet customer and business requirement

At least 5+ years of project management experience and demonstrated ability to manage complex project related to sustainability field.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field including Business, Data Analysis, Sourcing Procurement, supply chain management

- Understand about national laws and regulations to meet Government and customer sustainability compliance requirements which align with LXK sustainability standards include but not limited to EPEAT and Blue Angel
- Expertise with printing industry standards and data structure to review, interpret and intake scheme and compare it with company’s own requirements
- Proactive share and collaborate sustainable sourcing requirements and expectations to internal and external stakeholders
- Supplier transparency is critical so you will perform supplier audit or engage supplier for survey to understand and assess potential risk exposure associated with social and environmental compliance issues e.g. environmental to building, electrical and fire safety, environmental certification, sustainability membership registration status, human trafficking, labor unrest, and other key risk issues.
- Lead sustainable sourcing activities and drive corrective action closure of real noncompliance issues or findings with internal and external stakeholders to meet the sustainability team compliance requirement before business deadline which include but not limited to RBA audit, Conflict Mineral, Packaging declaration of conformance, Supplier declaration of conformance, Public Toxins declaration, display declaration etc.
- Reporting and analysis and work with supply chain product delivery teams to report on performance and sustainability efforts
