**In orden to work as a Finance Analyst, you will work with**:
- Detail-oriented Accounting General Analyst with experience in managing financial operations for Mexico, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Tax Compliance, and General Accounting Activities. Strong understanding of local tax regulations.
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper validation.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
- Prepare and send invoices, including VAT compliance checks.
- Process and reconcile Complemento de Pago (Payment Receipts), ensuring accurate reporting of partial and full payments.
- Calculate and analyze PDD for expected credit losses, following IFRS 9 and local accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate records of PDD adjustments and reconcile with financial statements.
- Reconcile AR accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
- Perform daily closing and balancing of payments and receipts.
- General Account Knowledge
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting;
- Experience in Account Receivable and Account Payable process, and general knowledge of taxes
- Previous experience in ERP (SAP, ORACLE);
- Good Comunication;
- Organized;
- Advanced level of English;
