We are looking for a _**Pricing and Customer Service Executive**_ for a leading freight forwarder in **Mexico City.**

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Business or related field.
- Intermediate business English is a must (you will be dealing with English speaking staff and clients).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in purchasing and pricing in the maritime logistics sector.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service within the freight forwarding industry.
- Minimum of 3 years sales and marketing experience in shipping companies.
- Knowledge of the maritime / shipping sector and international logistics.
- Experience in developing a network of business contacts in the industry, strengthening relationships with key suppliers and ocean carriers, logistics providers, shipping lines, port agents, port agents and customers.
- Excellence in customer service and support
- Knowledge of the forwarding logistics process, particularly in the maritime sector.
- Management of purchasing, pricing, customer service, quotations and KPIS.
- Price and data analysis
- Intermediate knowledge of office automation - especially Excel
